On the day we arrive to clean your windows we would like to have easy access to all windows with nothing on the sills or panes. Tchotchkes or nick/knacks should be moved away as well. The kitchen sink area is notorious for things to be on or nearby that would interfere with us having access to the windows. Photos or things on tables would be in the way if we were to work around the smaller furniture.
If there is furniture in front of the window, move it away from the window. If the furniture or item in front of the window is too heavy or large to move, we will try to work with it by covering it to stand on it.
Curtains and drapes do not need to be removed unless they would interfere with access to the windows. We can open and move them to the sides of the windows and are very careful not to get out solutions on them.

Most jobs vary depending on staff (how many associates will be on the job) and the size of the house and the total count of windows to be cleaned. The average house will take 2-4 hours depending on staffing. Staffing could be from 1-5 staff members. The higher staffing period is the summer months. We love to hire college bound people to help them fund their schooling. We will try to let you know approximate times just before your appointment.

We have regular customers in most of New England (NH, MA, ME & VT) There may be a travel fee associated with the price if we travel more than 1 hour from Amherst NH. If we can group customers in the same day we will split the fee.

For example, we go to Laconia NH Sandown community 2x per year spring & fall. They all split the travel fee between 3 customers we serve.
